JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure internal systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Supervise the Operations team
- Upgrade the network infrastructure
- Install servers, devices and firewalls
- Train new system users and set up their accounts
- Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware
- Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
- Develop, document, communicate and enforce a network technology policy
- Responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations, and storage utilization
- Manage Computer Hardware & Software
- Manage Cloud Platforms
- Manage Disaster Recovery
- Manage IT Security & infrastructure
- Working as a trainer related to IT infrastructure, E-commerce, New applications, and new trends
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure including 036, Linux, network infrastructure, and cloud computing
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in computer hardware and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English
