Job Description

  • Responsible to develop and manage the strategic roadmap for each assigned digital channel. Develop, maintain, and publish content/collateral for each assigned channel based on CVM campaigns. ·
  • Should experience delivering successful end-to-end digital programs or campaigns, from concept to execution to reporting and optimization
  • Responsible designing & formulating Omni channel experience via CVM ·
  • Responsible for mapping customer journeys based on Digital channel implementation.
  • Should act as lead and/or co-manage with the Project Management team on complex business line initiatives/projects to ensure projects are successfully completed on time and within budget. ·
  • Responsible to develop understanding of the capabilities being delivered by all functional team
  • Should define the strategy of how the channels will be used to support CVM Initiatives and how CVM programs can drive customer loyalty. This strategy should support multiple commercial objectives, implementing a test and learn methodology.

  • Should actively engage with and lead internal and external resources on implementations, technology releases, upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT) & (A/B) testing
  • Should oversee the completion of new channel development & integration, including planning, compliance, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work; evaluating results, to determine if expected value was delivered.
  • Responsible for optimize and drive growth in sales and revenue mix by being accountable for the key commercial KPIs across channels with emphasis on the digital channel.
  • Responsible to provide thought leadership and ensure ongoing improvement to CLM’s delivery of multi-channel initiatives with a focus on digital, that helps improve customer experience while achieving the commercial KPIs.

Entry Requirements

  • Possess a BSc. Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • An MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Should be Google AdWords Certified/Facebook Blueprint Certified.
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
  • Sound analytical, quantitative, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, digital channel management, payment systems or digital applications
