Job Responsibilities

  • Moderate and coordinate all company and HR town hall meetings, while following up on schedule and communicating with the relevant heads of departments.
  • Coordinate internal events with the HR division, the head office, outlets and suppliers.
  • Create communication material and share it on relevant WhatsApp and e-mail groups and report relevant feedback to the management team.
  • Work with the marketing department on career and employee engagement related social media and communications.
  • Develop project documents, presentations and coordinate up until execution, while managing a team.

Person Specifications

  • A GCE A/L qualification is required, while a Degree /Higher educational qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • MS Office literacy together with public speaking skills (the ability to speak, read & write in English and Sinhala is a must. Tamil will be an added advantage).
