HR Executive – Hayleys Eco Solutions Sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaising with HR Manager & Plant Manager directly regarding all HR matters
• Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable to speaking up their concerns
• Generating and Analyzing data to create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Timely Fulfillment of required labour cadres
• Understanding and adhering to all pertinent labour laws
• Reviewing appraisal and discussing progression plans with employees
• Timely payments of salaries and wages for the staff and manual workers  

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute
• At least two years working experience in a similar capacity in manufacturing environment
• Having a sound knowledge on MS Package and effective communication skills
• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate, educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
• Preferably Male candidates within 25 – 35 years of age
• Preference will be given to those who are from Katana or around proximity
