Job Responsibilities

  • Work with respective stakeholders to understand the manpower requirement for the entire organization
  • Streamlined / Created Job Descriptions and Role Clarifications for executive and above positions
  • Understand the company direction and develop recruitment branding strategy that will improve visibility in the market
  • Provide guidance on current and potential adverting channels and partnerships to find the best candidates that will elevate the quality of both work and culture
  • Reviewing risk and quality plans to ensure necessary mitigation and continuous improvement in recruitments are identified and implemented for employee retention
  • Digitalization of Recruitment and Onboarding by Enhance candidate experience through digitization
  • Responsible for developing Talent Management and Succession Planning of the entire organization
  • Identifying and evaluating critical positions with the leadership team to determine whether the profile contains the talent requirements for generating the objectives of the current business scenario.
  • Responsible in Employee Survey to understand the people pulse and develop retention strategies and working culture  
  • Responsible in handling grievance and disciplinary matters

Person Specifications

  • Should possesses a Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management from a recognized university
  • Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in HR field
  • Good command in English Language and should have an excellent interpersonal skill
  • Conversant in MS Office package
  • Strong Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Multitasking and Attention to Detail
