VACANCY – SENIOR MANAGER FINANCE
The Job Role
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely management information reports, analyze data and provide insights to senior management to aid decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, prepare and monitor budgets and financial plans.
- Prepare and monitor cashflow forecasts, plan for project finance and liaise with key bankers of the Company.
- Play a role in the designing and compiling of the company’s Integrated Annual Report.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. A master’s degree or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Member of a professional accounting institute – CIMA/ICASL/ACCA.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in Finance, preferably with 3 years’ experience in a Finance Manager’s role.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a high performing finance team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with effective presentation skills
- Experience in SAP ERP systems will be preferred.
