Advantis 3PL The leader in Third Party Logistics in Sri Lanka; Advantis 3PL, a fully owned subsidiary of the Hayleys Advantis Group, is engaged in providing Logistics and Supply Chain Management Solutions to majority of the leading multi-national companies operating in Sri Lanka as well as local corporates. Advantis 3PL  manages over 1,000,000 sq.ft of warehouse space for its prestigious clientele in Sri Lanka, and in India.

1.    JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, engagement, thereby build morale and help to enhance productivity and employee retention.
  • Ensure necessary training for staff are provided by identifying training needs in a timely manner.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Pro-actively contribute to the business decision making by providing guidance and advice across all areas of the employee life cycle.
  • Drive Performance Management System and ensure the process is followed.
  • Manage  Organizational  Communications and Employee Engagement.

2.    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

·    6 ‘Credit’ passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English and 3 passes at

the GCE A/L examination.

·    Bachelor’s Degree (Preferable in HR and/ or Business Management) or an equivalent

professional qualification.

·    Minimum of 3 – 4 Years of Relevant Experience.

·   Sound knowledge in Oracle HRIS will be a definite advantage

·   Ability to work with MS office packages and canva  or any other applications relating to design  flyers  and submitting management reports. 

·  Ability to maintain confidentiality

·  Strong analytical skills & excellent communication skills
