QUANTITY SURVEYOR 

Job Requirements

Bsc. (QS) / HND/ NVQ (L5) or equivalent with minimum of 3 years’ working experience in the MEP Sector.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the MEP Industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in pressurized conditions and long hours. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

Preparing Interim Payment Certificates/Variations/Claims. 
Preparing subcontractor agreements/subcontractors Bills. 
Demonstrating good communication and negotiation abilities with clients and sub contractors. 
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
