Plant Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently and preparing an efficient maintenance schedule for all production operations
- Improving plant safety and good engineering practices to minimize hazards and accidents.
- Auditing every process, equipment and monitoring compliance to applicable practices
- Handson approach in diagnosing/Trouble shooting and implement long term solutions.
- Fair knowledge of Hydraulic/pneumatic and PLC controls
- Manage maintenance budget and capital expenditure
- Automation experience
Candidate Profile:
- BSc degree in Engineering or recognize Engineering Diploma from a reputed University/Institute or any other Mechanical/Mechatronic/Production Engineering Stream
- At least 10 years or more experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience as a Plant Engineer, or any other related role
- Strong problem solving skills & should have excellent technical knowledge
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Preference will be given to those who are from Katana or around proximity
- Preferably Male candidates within 30 – 40 years of age
