Plant Engineer -Galle Plant
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing day to day manufacturing operations of all products efficiently and preparing an efficient maintenance schedule for all production operations
• Improving plant safety and good engineering practices to minimize hazards and accidents
• Auditing every process, equipment and monitoring compliance to applicable practices
• Resolving all maintenance issues & recommending improvements of the production lines
• Fair knowledge of Hydraulic/pneumatic and PLC controls
• Automation experience
Candidate Profile:
• BSc degree in Engineering or recognize Engineering Diploma from a reputed University/Institute or any other Mechanical & Electrical qualification
• At least 10 years or more experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience as a Plant Engineer, or any other related role
• Strong problem solving skills & should have excellent technical knowledge
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Preference will be given to those who are from Galle or around proximity
• Preferably Male candidates within 30 – 40 years of age
