Manager- Research and Development
Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as Manager- Research and Development
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the product related certifications, regulations and standards (CE certifications, Food conformity certifications etc.)
- Update on standards and regulatory information related to gloves and packaging in different countries
- New product design, development and process improvement
- New material development and its application to glove applications
- Attending for customer queries related to product certifications
- Work closely with staff from Marketing, Production, and Engineering departments for cross functional team based projects
Person’s Profile
- BSc in Chemistry/Polymer Science and Technology/Material Science or equivalent
- MSc in Chemistry/ Polymer Science and Technology or relevant Postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar working environment
- Knowledge and experience on regulations/ standards related to personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Excellent writing skills, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
