Plant Manager – Nattandiya
Job Responsibilities:
- Directing and managing total operation of the manufacturing plant while driving the team towards our customers’ expectations
- Being responsible for the production output, on-time delivery, asset capacity and minimizing unnecessary costs, moreover concentrating on improving quality of the product standards
- Monitoring operations and product efficiencies, addressing/ solving complex manufacturing problems, committing to plant safety procedures and promptly working on corrective and preventive actions surrounding safety
- Overseeing all shipments, incoming inventory and storage operations
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or recognized Engineering Diploma from a reputed University/Institute or any other Mechanical & Electrical qualification
- Proven nearly 5 years working experience as a plant manager with an in-depth knowledge in, Business and Management principles and good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants
- Strong management skills with good command and ability to manage multiple teams
- Preferably Male candidates within 35 above of age
- Preference will be given to those who are from Nattandiya and around proximity
