Local Sales Executives- Uva & Eastern Provinces – Hayleys Eco Solutions Sector 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Presenting and promoting company products/services to potential clients.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships 
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints, by developing solutions to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinating with Local Sales team and giving immediate and accurate response to all sales issues and maintaining good rapport liaising with direct clients for direct Sales
  • Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills

Preference will be given to candidates from within the province
