Job Description

IT Manager


We are seeking for an enthusiastic and talented IT Manager who will ensure Smooth and secure operation, maintenance and development of the essential end-user IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, and the other hardware and software.

Candidate Profile:


Five or more years of experience in IT management
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
Professional certifications in operating systems, cloud and other products.
Sound knowledge in desktops, laptops and the other end-user hardware troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance.
Deep knowledge in Operating Systems, Microsoft O365 email systems, DNS,  Active Directory, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
Strong creative and analytical thinking.


Responsibilities 


Organizing, leading and controlling of end-user IT infrastructural and the IT Helpdesk engineering team
IT service delivery aligning to ITIL/ISO20000 best governances
Handling incidents and problems efficiently and deliver services adhering to committed SLAs to internal users
Using emerging and cutting-edge technologies to improve efficiencies and productivity of the overall end-user IT systems to boost the business operation
Manage end-user operating systems patching and antimalware/ EDR systems and ensure the systems are up-to-date  
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Ensure security of end-user systems, data and network
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Analyse processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
Working closely with department head to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network
