Job Responsibilities
- Engage with R&D team in new product development from initial conceptualization up to commercialization,
- Contribute to development of promotional strategy of new products and technology platforms
- Work closely with Marketing team to prepare promotional materials for new and existing products / Prepare Techno Marketing reports for products
- Manage Social Media campaigns for products/technologies/innovations together with the Marketing Team
- Come up with creative ways to promote products to attract customers
- Liaise with both Technical and Marketing team to fulfil customer requirements in terms of technical information/promotional materials/artworks, etc
Person’s Profile
- BSc in Chemistry/Polymer Science and Technology/Material Science/Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Post graduate qualification in Polymer Science and Technology will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in R & D work or similar Techno Marketing working environment
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and strong results orientation
- Exposure to latex dipped products industry would be a definite advantage
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
