Senior Executive – Warehouse – Hayleys Eco Solutions Sector
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring adequate records & keeping and managing all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized
- Coordinating the handling of transport, the movement of supplies and preparation of loads of end goods
- Arranging transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
- Key departmental orders into the inventory management system via better coordination with production departments
- Coordinating logistics staff according to availabilities and requirements
- Keeping records of sales and restock the store accordingly.
Candidate Profile:
- Bsc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration from a recognized university/institution
- Having 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Adequate hands-on experience on SAP system and other Microsoft packages
- Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala/ Negombo/ Gampaha or around proximity
