Sales & Marketing Executive – Hayleys Eco Solutions Group 

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales in existing and new international markets
  • Identify and explore opportunities in both new and existing markets to expand our global presence.
  • Responsible for delivering personal as well as team results in volume, revenue and profits.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the international marketplace.
  • Generating new business from existing as well as new customers while maintaining a cordial relationship with all customers. 
  • Utilize digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.

Candidate Profile;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) from a recognized university or institute
  • At least a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a similar trade and working capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Digital branding and social media marketing experience a plus
  • Should be a team player and be able to work in cross functional teams 
  • Flexibility to travel and work long hours when required.
