EXECUTIVE FINANCE

DUTIES

  • Prepare, analyze & present the management accounts information to management for effective decision making.
  • Ensure that the internal process and controls are effectively implemented.
  • Prepare and maintain company Balance Sheet schedules on monthly basis.
  • Manage Account Payables ensuring uninterrupted operations.
  • Involving with company treasury functions in order to arrange bonds, loans, etc for a smooth operation.
  • Ensure all statutory payment are made on time including preparation and handling the taxation works, in order to ensure compliance.
  • Assist on both Internal & External audits with the required information timely. 
  • Handling intercompany matching reports and BPC reporting.
  • Review the standard operating procedures and implement best practices within the SBU.
  • Interact with the teams and identify & support the process automations for a smoother operations.

PROFILE

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in accounting or related field. 
  • 6 ‘Credit’ passes and a ‘Distinction’ pass for Mathematics and English at the GCE O/L examination
  • A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination
  • Part Qualification in Professional Examination – CA/CIMA/AAT/ACCA
  • Fair knowledge of ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft office package
  • Confident communication with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
