Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop a marketing and business development plan in consultation with the head and execute same to search for new products and look for new markets (Local/Overseas) for the existing product range.
  • Strengthen relationship with customers by way of regular visits, entertainment as deemed appropriate to improve customer acquisition.
  • Providing customers with comprehensive quotations outlining solutions with the objective of securing business.
  • Provide feedback received from customers through customer survey and one-to-one interviews and use material to market the services provided.
  • Contribute to the continuous Improvement process throughout the organization by introducing changes through fact based decision making process by preparing reports on sales volumes, sales visits, loss orders, new opportunities, market situation, etc.
  • Ensure the compliance to company’s credit policy by directly involving debt collection and assist customer service department in order to ensure a speedy recovery of debts and there by improve the cash flow.
  • Execute surveys on behalf of the customers as a product stream.
  • Assist team on other projects such as events, project management and coordination.

 MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

  • Diploma/Degree Related to Business Management/Logistics 
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience Including Sales and Business Development in logistics or supply chain field
  • Experience in Handling Logistics Consultancy Projects would be an added advantage
  • Effective Communication Skills & Presentation Skills
  • Excellent Command In English, both Verbal And Written
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Microsoft Office Package
