Job Description

Executive Airport Operations – Passenger (Based at Bandaranaike International Airport)

Job Tasks 

  • Passenger service agents handle administrative procedures for passengers before and after a flight, such as reserving tickets, releasing boarding passes, and accepting luggage.
  • Accounting for the boarding of all passengers checked in and locating missing passengers.
  • Attending to general passenger queries and assisting them.
  • Checking of boarding passes and assisting passengers onto flights. 
  • Ensuring timely boarding of passengers to minimize delays. 
  • Build relationships with CASSL to find new revenue opportunities.
  • Coordination with AASL, GHA and CAASL for operational matters

Skills and Experience required 

  • Ideal candidate must have a good command of English language 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity. 
  • Must be able to work under minimum supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and critical thinking. 
  • Proactive and be a problem solver. 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
