Assistant Manager Production – Hayleys Eco Solutions Sector
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead production staff team on a shift basis.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and implement efficient production schedules.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Coordinating with supply chain team and giving immediate and accurate response to all Production related issues
- Monitoring and following up production progress against production plan
- Responsible to lead, supervise and manage production team in order to achieve targeted production output and quality
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualification
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
- Having 3 years working experience with technical knowledge in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
- A loyal and energetic person
- Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala/Negombo /Gampaha or around proximity
