Assistant Manager Production – Hayleys Eco Solutions Sector

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead production staff team on a shift basis.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and implement efficient production schedules.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.
  • Optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Coordinating with supply chain team and giving immediate and accurate response to all Production related issues
  • Monitoring and following up production progress against production plan
  • Responsible to lead, supervise and manage production team in order to achieve targeted production output and quality

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
  • Having 3 years working experience with technical knowledge in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
  • A loyal and energetic person 
  • Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala/Negombo /Gampaha or around proximity
