ASSISTANT MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE- ENGINEERING SALES


The right candidate will have to hunt and develop new business opportunities and increase the industrial market share by providing customized solutions for products related to MEP services, including HVAC, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing, and Gas. He/she should have sound business judgment, willingness to work long hours, and engage with consultants, architects, and main contractors.


Candidates Profile:


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
A minimum of 4+ years of work experience in Sales/Marketing in a similar capacity.
Fair understanding of technology development and global trends in the MEP sector.
Experience in pricing/estimating and tendering would be an advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills are essential.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities for Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – Engineering Sales:


Analysis of market data, trends and customer needs in order to advise management concerning market opportunities and threats in line with long-term business strategies.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities for the company’s products and services.
Create informative presentations – present and deliver information to potential clients at industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
Generating leads and prospecting for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and secure profitable business.
