Reservations Executives:

• Ability to customize reservations for customers based on their various requirements.
• Ability to convert inquiries to sales.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Ironing out nay issues that may arise with booking or reservations.
• Responding to all customer queries during the time of booking.
• Up-selling hen appropriate by informing customers of additional services or special packages, experiences or upgraded accommodations.
• Providing support to customers who may need o amend or cancel a reservation.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory along with previous experience in a similar capacity within the industry.
