• Bsc. (QS) / HND/NVQ (L5) or equivalent with minimum of 5 years’ working experience. 
• Proficiency in contract agreements, Ability to analysis project costing and claim procedures. 
• Liaise with the clients and management such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Excellent relationship in building interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Experience in major QS practices and methods. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
