Executive Production – PU Mattress Manufacturing Facility – Dankotuwa
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the required Production inspections are carried out effectively at each stage of the production process to maintain product parameters
- Ensuring that the final Product meets quality standards and customer specifications
- Coordinating with supply chain team and giving immediate and accurate response to all Production related issues
- Monitoring and following up production progress against production plan
- Responsible to lead, supervise and manage production team in order to achieve targeted production output and quality
Candidate Profile:
- NDES/ HNDE/NDT or similar qualification in Polymer/ Chemical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Having 1 year working experience with technical knowledge in a similar capacity would be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
- A loyal and energetic person
- Age below 35 Years
- Preference will be given to those who are from Negombo or around proximity
