Executive – Creative Designer 

We seek a young dynamic individual, keen to obtain an opportunity to grow with a high growth business in IT industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Create and design social media posts / Corporate materials
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
  • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
  • Receive feedback from the digital marketing team and make necessary changes
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand for the digital medium.
  • Work with respective teams to produce the final design
  • Proven graphic designing experience (3+ years)
  • Knowledge in Adobe package
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Knowledge in design concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Video Editing and Animation would be an added advantage

Candidate Profile 

  • A Degree or a Higher National Diploma related to Graphic Designing
  • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, colors and other graphic design fundamentals
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
  • Good communication skills (English and Sinhala)
