Description

  • Responsible to develop an effective strategic framework for upsell growth hacking, igniting a transformative impact across prepaid and postpaid DTV customer bases.
  • Required to create strategies to increase revenue by encouraging customers to spend more on additional services, aligning with the company’s targets outlined in the business plan.
  • Responsible for providing guidance to analytical teams on building advanced models using data analysis and AI to uncover opportunities for upselling.
  • Need to Use market research and segmentation analysis to identify customer groups with the highest potential for upselling.
  • Should understand the underlying reasons for lower ARPU and upsell opportunities among different customer segments, analyzing their usage behaviors and identifying areas for ARPU uplift.
  • Required to gain deeper insights into customer behaviors and preferences within various segments using advanced analytical models and tools to design upsell campaigns and propositions that maximize ARPU.
  • Responsible to leverage data analysis and advanced analytics to identify upsell opportunities and customer segment behaviors.
  • Should drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency in upsell growth hacking.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and optimize upsell strategies.
  • Responsible for actively involving stakeholders in decision-making processes, incorporating their insights and expertise to drive successful upsell campaigns.

Entry Requirements

  • Should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, Marketing, Analytics or computer science).
  • Related professional qualifications such as CIM, CIMA would be an added advantage.
  • Should have Knowledge on SQL , Tablue & Related analytical tools, AI/ML , Automation  & related skills, design thinking,
  • Should have strong communication and good interpersonal skills, and marketing knowledge in customer communications.
  • Should have excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS power point.
  • More than 5 years of Business management & Growth marketing experience in the telecom industry is required.
