The Job

  • Provide support for routine operation and maintenance activities of Core network to ensure the smooth and effective operation
  • Provide 1st level support for system software/hardware upgrades to ensure network is up to date
  • Provide 1st level support for implementation of new services and new features
  • Support to carryout optimization of the QoS and performance of network to enhance the network
  • Technical support for Network Operation centre (NOC) for alarm and fault handling
  • Gather relevant data, information, signalling traces where necessary and carryout call testing
  • Technical support in resolving customer complaint and deliver a fast and best solution

Entry Requirements

  • NVQ level 5/IVQ level 5 qualification (Following or Completed)
  • ALs in Math / Physical Science / Technology stream
