  • Responsible to develop the strategic plan for Digital Adoption & Engagement in line with the group strategic direction.
  • Innovate & Implementation of growth strategies to drive digital top up and digital payments across multiple channels (MyDialog, dialog.lk , WOW, Banks, Genie , Ez Cash etc)  for the Mobile, HBB and DTV Businesses.
  • Drive customer adoption to digital platforms such as MyDialog, WOW in order to maximize customer digital engagement.
  • Required to set growth targets & identifying the resource /budgetary requirements for the business in order to meet the divisional objectives.
  • Responsible to use data and analysis to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Required to lead AI/ML development projects related to Digital adoption that span across other business units and functions.
  • Responsible for developing analytics capabilities and capacity of the division to achieve set incremental adoption targets.

Entry Requirements

  • Should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or computer science).
  • Should possess related professional qualifications such as CIM, CIMA.
  • Should have knowledge on Analytics, AI/ML, Automation & related skills.
  • Should have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Minimum 7+ years of Business management & Growth marketing work experience in the telecom industry.
