About the job Senior Executive – Sales Operations
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor key sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Assist in the creation of sales strategies, incentive programs, and pricing models.
- Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools and technologies.
- Coordinate with Finance and Inventory teams to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Assist in sales training and onboarding initiatives for new team members.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for sales strategy refinement.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and customer communications.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, and customer relationship management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools.
