MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor key sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Assist in the creation of sales strategies, incentive programs, and pricing models.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools and technologies.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Inventory teams to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
  • Assist in sales training and onboarding initiatives for new team members.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for sales strategy refinement.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and customer communications.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, lead management, and customer relationship management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools.
