As the Snr. Engineer Magento and Webflow Full Stack Lead with over 3 years of experience, you will play a dual leadership role leading a team of developers while providing your seasoned expertise in Magento and Webflow. This position requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, project leadership, and a track record of successful project deliveries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines.
- Utilize your 3+ years of experience to contribute effectively to the Magento and Webflow development with frontend technology projects.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and efficient e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements.
- Conduct regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Magento and Webflow.
- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Play a key role in mentoring junior team members, fostering skill development.
- Represent the technical team in meetings with stakeholders, providing insights and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
or BSc equivalent qualification with 5+ year(s) experience - 3+ year(s) experience in software Engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
- Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.
- Ability to learn other coding languages and technologies in a short time
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts
- Strong understanding of DBMSs.
- Experience in CI (Continues Integration)
