Description

  • Responsible to provide strategic Account Management and direction to the Roaming team of AGW to achieve P&L targets for Dialog and other OpCos of Axiata.
  • Require assisting with the development of annual business plan and drive successful execution
  • Need to build Inbound Roaming traffic to the Axiata footprint and ensure successful capture of traffic
  • Obtain market intelligence / trends in international Roaming and ensure that the team is up to date
  • Negotiate and implement pricing strategies to ensure that more than 50% of Inbound Roaming traffic comes to Dialog
  • Require to partner with the Network team to ensure that Roaming Partner traffic is successfully terminated onto the Dialog network  
  • Provide the optimal cost structure in order for the Retail team to develop the best go-to-market out bound Roaming products and responsible to grow the profitability of Outbound Roaming products
  • Require preparing the periodic operational reports and adhoc / special reports
  • Responsible to assist in analytics on voice Wholesale
  • Ensure to maintain a close relationship with the HQ ISBU team for a smooth operation
  • Need to have periodic meetings to review progress and discuss strategies, plans and opportunities

Entry Requirements

  • Should possess Degree in Business Management
  • MBA would be an added advantage
  • Good communications skills & MS Office packages
  • Minimum 8 years working experience
