Programme Manager – Enterprise Programme Management Office


  • Developing OKRs with stakeholders, project/program plans with milestones to accomplish assigned tasks within the allocated time, cost, quality etc. and planning program/project work plans and revise as appropriate to the requirements of the division
  • Engage with the top management and C layer in formulating programs, revisions and reviews while giving leadership to a segment of project managers and project teams.
  • Identifying OKRs, responsibilities of the team to complete projects/program within the given time frames while reviewing deliverables prepared for project teams to agree with external and internal project teams with the terms and conditions set out by Dialog to guarantee timely completion of projects
  • Adhering to the EPMO governance practices in project execution through effective and continuous project/program reviews with the EPMO management, project Sponsors
  • Ensuring proper project status maintenance of completed project documents to maintain transparency while being responsible for the effective communication of project information to enhance the quality of planning and execution
  • Facilitating the effective communication across functional stakeholders on regular basis as mutually agreed throughout the entire Project Management cycle
  • Maintaining the revised versions based on sponsor and head of EPMO agreements and improve new actions toward the OKRs in EPMO while reviewing the project/program scope as mutual agreements
  • Continuous project scope revisions with the stakeholders for effective project/program OKR achievements and report for functional team’s projects/programs
  • Circulating the accurate and timely Program/Project updates to all key stakeholders/Project team/EPMO consolidated reports on a periodic basis and performing root cause analysis on troubled projects to identify the correct root causes and undertake corrective actions
  • Collating metrics while reporting on Program/Project progress, status and other Project specific information/analyses to stakeholders
  • Performing any specific Program/Project related analysis requested by Senior Management/Head of EPMO on case basis
  • Reviewing the projects under the functional team members and provide feedbacks for improvements towards the OKRs and governance/standards adherence while ensuring proper tool and technique adaptation and providing mentorship and coaching guidelines for continuous improvements
  • Directing the team to achieve divisional objectives effectively while ensuring to complete the required knowledge and skill improvement activities and programs guided by the head of EPMO

Entry Requirements

  • Possess a degree in the relevant field and/ or any other professional qualification
  • Having a Post graduate qualification would be an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Sound communication, leadership , interpersonal and analytical skills
