MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and manage strategic, long-term relationships with high-value clients to foster organic growth and achieve long-term company objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand key customer needs, pain points, and requirements, offering suitable solutions to address their challenges effectively.
  • Solution Delivery and Timely Execution: Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of appropriate solutions to customers, addressing their needs within defined timelines.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment to deliver exceptional service.
  • Issue Resolution and Complaint Handling: Proactively address and resolve customer issues and complaints, maintaining a positive relationship and high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback regarding services, technology, and product delivery, utilizing insights to improve offerings and processes.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts, utilizing key account metrics, to provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to identify prospects, arrange pre-meetings, and strategize before trade events to maximize opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Follow up on leads generated from trade events, set up meetings with prospects, and ensure successful conversion into clients or partners.
  • Coordinate RFXs and Tenders: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely submissions for Requests for Proposals (RFXs), tenders, and other relevant opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales and customer services.
  • Strong track record of success within key account management will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
  • Ability to cope and produce results under pressure.
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account.
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
