Description
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in converged communication solutions.
- Analyze market data to assist in product development and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and enhancement of Fixed Data Connectivity and Voice Communication solutions.
- Assist in defining product requirements, features, and specifications.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback on existing products and understand pain points, needs, and potential enhancements in converged communication solutio
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including product specifications, user guides, and technical documentation related to Fixed Data Connectivity and Voice Communication offerings.
- Generate regular reports on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Assist in analyzing data related to product performance in following areas: Sales, Churn Management, product behavior and competitor analysis.
Entry Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecom Engineering or Cyber Security.
- Strong interest and knowledge in converged communication solutions, including Fixed Data Connectivity (broadband, ILL, VPN) and Voice Communication (UCaaS, CPaaS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
