Description

  • Responsible for financial, process, and people leadership of the small and medium enterprise business.
  • Drive sales teams and channels to meet and exceed targets.
  • Lead the team in developing and executing sales strategies to capture market share.
  • Develop the SME team skill set to be able to sell next generation ICT solutions at scale.
  • Set the direction for business growth for new and existing customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships in order attract and retain customers for the business growth in the respective business channels.
  • Required to provide expertise knowledge and experience in developing effective sales campaigns to maximize opportunities.
  • Required to provide strategic feedback on business plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPI’s for the business.
  • Responsible for developing strategies to enhance revenue from all respective product portfolios in order to increase the revenue growth for the organization.
  • Ensure the stipulated sales targets (annual/Quarter) are achieved through the responsible sales channels.
  • Responsible for collating market and competitor information to counterattack competitor activities by defining appropriate strategies.
  • Ensuring excellent customer relationships are maintained & retention of customer base by providing innovative work procedures to enhance the business.
  • Create a winning team culture within the sales team and encourage superior performance from the team.
  • Ensure all related processes are evaluated and designed in order to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain Business partner relationship and assist in their organizational development for a smooth sales distribution/ operation.

Entry Requirements

  • Should hold a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or management.
  • Should have Knowledge in depth knowledge of the Telco market with intricate knowledge in current trend in the industry.
  • Should have knowledge in Conflict Management, Decision making and critical thinking, Excellent relationship management, Sales Forecasting and Sales Team Management, and organizational leadership.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of working experiences in sales field and 5 years work experience in senior management capacity.
