Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profit while ensuring competitive pricing.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze customer and market trends to determine appropriate pricing for our products and services.
  • Pricing Monitoring: Continuously monitor and update pricing as needed to reflect changes in the market, ensuring we remain competitive and profitable.
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain pricing databases and systems to track and manage pricing information.
  • Guidelines and Procedures: Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Negotiations: Participate in pricing negotiations with customers, vendors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Reporting: Prepare pricing reports and analyses for senior management to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the pricing team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring optimal performance.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics/related professional qualification
  • 10+ years of work experience in pricing/financial accounting/financial analytics with a proven record of success leading a team.
  • Prior knowledge of SaaS pricing and having worked for a SaaS company in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills.
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
