Description

  • Ensure complaints/issues related to systems are resolved within given SLA’s to maintain expected level of issue resolution.
  • Manage various internal / external customer complaints effectively to maintain expected complaint resolution time.
  • Billing Dispute waiver calculation and posting to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide correct and accurate solution to resolve the incident.
  • Ensure maximum systems support is provided for internal/external staff to resolve the problems.
  • Responsible for system uptimes as per the defined KPI’s.
  • Responsible to monitor, analyse issues and coordinate with vendors for support.
  • Participate requirement gathering sessions and giving operational requirements to bridge the requirement gaps.

Entry Requirements

  • BSc Degree in IT from a recognised university
  • Sound knowledge on Unix, shell scripting and SQL
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in IT systems operations or related field
