Description

  • Drive the enterprise data initiatives / programs to establish a governed, curated, and agile data ecosystem that enables business to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional Data Governance team, Data Engineers/IT team, Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data source administrators, platform and software developers to ensure standards, policy, measurement metrics are being met
  • Define metrics for performance monitoring, data management practices, data utilization, data processing cost using available logs
  • Design, develop and maintain Data Catalogue, Metadata Management repository/module and Data Lineage through Data Management / Quality tools. 
  • Responsible for Data Management Across the organization. 
  • Develop best-in-class architecture and integration of tools for management of data quality 
  • Manage Data Quality Engineering team and provide reporting on data issues, data quality improvement initiatives and measurement metrics 
  • Develop best-in-class architecture for Customer 360 database – Continuously engage with stakeholders to improve user experience and efficiency of use 

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study 
  • 10+ Years of Relevant Experience
  • Experience within the field of Data Engineering, Data Management, implementing real-time ingestion/streaming, maintaining Big Data Lake/Warehouse and experience in ETL tasks on premise and cloud.   
  • Excellent Knowledge in batch and Realtime ETL design using tools like Kafka, Flume, and accelerated Stream processing 
  • Hands on cloud computing ( AWS preferred ), cloud data engineering and expertise in data model design, enterprise data warehousing  
  • Understanding of OSS, BSS, system integrations 
  • Expertise in data quality, master & metadata management, data Security 
  • Awareness of data privacy & compliance requirements of country and organization
