You should ideally;
- possess 4+ years of experience in the banking field and possess 3+ years experience in the PCM industry will be an added advantage
- be in the grade of L6 or above
- possess a degree full or a part qualification in Business Management/ Information Systems or relevant field
- willing to to travel to visit customers and demonstrate flexibility in work hours based on business need
- possess experience in system integration, working with ERP system like SAP, Oracle will be an added advantage
- have the ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Power point & Word
- possess good presentation skills
You will be responsible for;
- client integration
- manage and track the service deliveries in the various customer integration operational areas
- project and system testing
- maintain operational effectiveness
- ensuring that Audit, Compliance and Operational Risk Ratings improve year on year
