You should ideally;
- possess at least 2-4 years experience in a Bank or Financial institution preferably performing card related services
- have comprehensive knowledge on the products and services offered by the Bank especially debit/ credit cards
- be computer literate
- possess an understanding on procedures/ guidelines issued by the bank time to time
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
You will be mainly responsible for;
- credit & debit card spend and portfolio growth
- executing card promotions for the allocate merchant segments to increase the overall cards spend
- card promotion spend and ROI
