You should ideally;
- possess at least 8 years’ experience covering all operational areas in commercial banking (exposure to credit related work would be an added advantage)
- possess a part qualification in banking
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
- possess excellent customer service skills
You will be responsible for,
- ensuring a smooth function of overall branch operations
- supervising front and back office staff and by being the focal point of contact for operations
- ensuring that the branch operations function complies with the policies and guidelines of the Bank and regulators
- maintaining healthy relationships with external and internal customers with a view to build a positive Bank image
