ou should ideally;
- possess at least 6 years’ experience covering all operational areas in commercial banking (exposure to credit related work would be an added advantage)
- possess a part qualification in banking
- have good interpersonal and communication skills
- possess excellent customer service skills
You will be required to oversee all operational functions of the branch. You will also be required to build up a sound client base and maintain excellent relationships with them.
