You should ideally;

• possess a full or a part qualification acceptable to the Bank.
• possess 4-6 in experience in banking
• possess comprehensive knowledge of the products and services (especially debit/credit cards) offered by the Bank.
• possess comprehensive knowledge of the competitive products which are available in the card industry.
• possess the knowledge and have an understanding of procedures/ guidelines issued by the Bank from time to time.
• possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and people management skills.

You will be responsible for, 

• assisting the product managers in managing the product suite.
• monitoring of the local competition and overseas markets to ensure product parity and opportunities and threats are identified.
• continually reviewing existing product range, offerings, processes, and sales channels to develop suggestions on improvements along with the product managers.
• assisting in carrying out the market scan of product offerings and fees and charges.
• managing in-life product performance, features, and benefits.
