You should ideally;

  • possess a full or part qualification in CIM or any other relevant qualification in Marketing.
  • possess at least 4 years of experience in marketing in a banking/finance environment. 
  • possess fair interpersonal, negotiation, multitasking & team working skills.
  • possess excellent communication skills.
  • be IT literate and pay attention to detail. 

You will be responsible for;

  • preparing the strategic annual marketing plan for credit cards and ensuring that all marketing activities are directed to bring in projected business results. 
  • contributing towards effective 360 degree brand management of DFCC’s credit cards across all channels and touchpoints.
  • developing all marketing promotional campaigns and material relating to credit cards
  • implementing and driving the marketing strategy for digital products.
  • coordinating with creative agencies and developing campaigns and materials for digital products & services.
  • managing of budget & ROI for marketing initiatives carried under credit cards. 
  • contributing towards operational activities of the marketing department and carryout participation in staff activities, branch activities and building relationships with internal/external customers. 
  • ensuring that the proceedings that come under consumer marketing are in line with the marketing department 
  • adhering to service level standards.
