You should ideally,
- possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the bank.
- possess the ACI Dealing Certificate / Certificate in Treasury & Foreign Exchange Operations conducted by CBSL
- possess a minimum of four (04) years experience at a treasury dealing room for the role of Dealer and a minimum of seven (07) years experience for the post of Senior Dealer.
- possess an excellent knowledge on FX, Money Market & Fixed Income markets.
- have a fair understanding on the regulatory framework and internal guidelines.
- possess good communication skills (written and verbal).
You will be responsible for,
- Growing the FX business while maintaining a very good relationship with clients.
- Managing Rupee & FCY liquidity and related ratios of the Bank.
- Managing the Fixed Income Securities trading activities and contributing to generate NII.
