You should ideally;
- possess 10 years experience in the banking sector
- possess extensive experience in retail assets and liability sales preferably in a bank / financial institution
- a relevant full or part professional qualification will be an added advantage
- possess excellent selling / marketing skills and enthusiasm to promote all sales products and services of the bank
- possess a fair knowledge of the bank’s sales policies and procedures
- have a fair understanding of the credit & market risks
- have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- have excellent leadership and team working skills
Your main responsibilities will be;
- ensuring that the overall sales targets of the Region are achieved by the teams in relation to Propositions, Retail Assets, Overall Liabilities, Cards, AIA and New CIFs, etc..
- increasing the existing customer base while driving the sales teams in achieving their individual and team targets
- strategizing digital campaigns, sales promotions and other initiatives to increase the market share
- recruiting and developing the sales personnel and Team Leaders to take on higher responsibilities
