ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT – CORPORATE BANKING
The candidate should ideally;
- possess a full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank
- Possess 10-12 years of credit related executive experience in the banking/finance field preferably with exposure to commercial banking/corporate banking.
- have a good knowledge of large scales corporate commercial/ project lending and structuring of financial packages
- have strong marketing, communication & negotiation skills
- have the ability to interact effectively and manage customer relationship on a long term basis
- have the ability to manage work pressure and meet demanding timelines
- have the ability to foster customer loyalty
You will be responsible for,
- leading and working with a team in canvassing large corporate clients for commercial/ project lending and provide leadership/ expertise on specialized project lending
- maintaining existing corporate relationships in a profitable manner
- active involvement in managing stage movements, impairments and non-performing loans of assigned portfolio of clients
- ensuring profitability and growth of the Large Corporates Unit in line with budgetary targets
- achieving set targets in cross selling of Bank products among existing clientele
- guiding the team in promoting CASA from corporate clients
- preparing of sector reports and related MIS as and when required
- assisting with the preparation of the department business plan, especially for Large Corporates Unit
- ensuring compliance with credit policies/ procedures and all other regulatory requirements
