You should ideally;
- possess 6 years of experience in rehabilitation & recoveries
- possess branch banking experience with exposure to credit related work
- exposure to recovery related process / facility restructuring in a bank / financial institution would be a definite advantage
- have a fair knowledge on the legal documentation work
- have good analytical skills
- have excellent negotiation skills
- have good communication skills
You will be responsible for;
- handling the allocated portfolio of clients transferred from the respective business units
- ensuring recovery of debts / reduction of the non performing levels of the Bank through effective negotiation, restructuring of facilities, rescheduling the facilities or recovering through execution of Parate action.
- attending to recoveries through other modes such as repossession, arbitration or litigation
