Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests check-in and checkout processes as per the brand standards.
  • Check on VIP Guest movements and completion of their pre-registration formalities.
  • Attend to all guests’ requirements and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on various guests requirements.

Person Specifications

Qualifications

  • An excellent command of the English language.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a five-star property.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a computerized environment with a thorough knowledge in MS Office packages.
  • Having a diploma or professional qualification in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
