- Welcome and assist guests check-in and checkout processes as per the brand standards.
- Check on VIP Guest movements and completion of their pre-registration formalities.
- Attend to all guests’ requirements and deal promptly with their requests and queries.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on various guests requirements.
Person Specifications
Qualifications
- An excellent command of the English language.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a five-star property.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a computerized environment with a thorough knowledge in MS Office packages.
- Having a diploma or professional qualification in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
